BS/MS student Jesse Lee (graduating this June with both degrees) was awarded the prestigious Contress-Bundestag Fellowship.
Jesse Lee has been selected to participate in the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals (CBYX), a year-long, federally-funded fellowship for study and work in Germany. He was one of 75 participants nationwide (from more than 500) who was awarded this unique opportunity. While in Germany on CBYX, Jesse will attend a two-month intensive German language course, study at a German university or professional school for four months, and complete a five-month internship with a German company in his career field (Mechanical Engineering).

Professor Yonggang Huang's paper is featured in the journal Nature Communications
Yonggang Huang has been collaborating with a research group in South Korea and their paper "Three-dimensional Nanonetworks for Giant Stretchability in Dielectrics and Conductors" will appear in Nature Communications, a relatively new journal in the Nature series. A student from South Korea is the lead author of the paper while Huang's students Wang and Li are the second and third authors respectively.
