Three-dimensional kinematics: rotational axes and mechanism analysis, rotation matrices and Euler's angles for rigid bodies, rotational inertia matrices and principal axes, dynamics of mechanisms, the gyroscope and other toque-free problems.

Prerequisite: ME 202.

Who takes it

Mechanical engineering students often take this course during their third or fourth year.
