Personnel Faculty
The work in AML is generally conducted by a team or graduate students, most of whom are Ph.D. candidates, supervised by senior researchers (Visiting Professors or Post Doctoral Research Fellow) and Professor Kornel F. Ehmann. A close collaboration with other members of the Design and Manufacturing Group in the Department is an important component of the overall activity of AML. In adition to internal associations, the Laboratory has an ongoing NSF sponsored cllaborative projects with the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and the Unversity of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Areas of collaboration are related to drilling, machining process modeling, and machine tool technology. Graduate Students
