Micro-sinker EDM option

Step 1: Turn blank on high precision lathe. Material: Stainless Steel.

Step 2: Fabricate EDM electrodes using LIGA or other approach

Step 3: Micro-sinker EDM from top side to middle gear.

Step 4: Micro-sinker EDM from bottom side to middle gear.

Step 5: Remove obscure tooth.
